CHANGE ORDERS
Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout! We will only accept one coupon code per order.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
ReTailored Love by Sabrena accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
- PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
- Amazon Pay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay: The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
WHAT SIZE DO I ORDER?
We know that every lady has her own unique shape, which means there is no foolproof way to find the perfect size when shopping online. We do provide a general sizing chart, product description, and other details on every single page to help you figure out what you need.If you have additional questions, we can help you find the perfect fit when you use our contact form.
WHEN DO I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Right after you order, you should get an email confirmation letting you know we’ve received your request. You’ll also get an email as soon as we ship everything out. If you don’t receive anything within 24 hours, call or email for help!
WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
ReTailored Love by Sabrena ships to the Continental US, as well as to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. International shipping is available but requires additional information.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?
Any item purchased within 20 days of the delivery date is eligible for store credit. Some exclusions apply see Return Policy for details.. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
